My Recommended sites

These are some of the sites I visit regularly. Some are work related, others are local societies or organisations and of course there are others that I've found interesting enough to recommend here.

The RSPCA

The Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals - RSPCA.

We've always had dogs and cats at home and many have come from the RSPCA as rescue animals. Given the cruelty that some folk impose upon their 'Pets' it's a wonder some survive but others like us have taken them in, loved them and given them a home for life. Visit the RSPCA site to see what it's all about.
Battersea Dogs and Cats

We were lucky in May of 2023, to find Rosy at Batersea. She had been taken in as a stray after being used for breeding and then dumped. Battersea treated her wounds, neutered her and gave her a lovely home until we came along. Their help and support in guiding us through the adoption process and making sure Rosy had settled in with us, were wonderful. We can't thank them enough.
